According to the Tamil calendar there are 60 years. Starting from Prabhava to Akshay year (1 to 60 names). Now the 10th year is called “Dhadhu”. For example if a person is born in the 10th year – Dhadhu – he/she lives all the 60 years and reaches the same year “Dhadhu” in his/her 60th birthday. Hence the 60th birthday becomes a milestone birthday!!
